I imagine the 3 most common ways you get in your own way are:
You pack your days full and prioritize other’s needs over your own
You’re not clear on what it is you really want, and therefore doubt investing in yourself
You’re not used to asking for support, let alone receiving it
I get it. I get you.
If you want to create different results, it requires time, energy and resources.
My coaching practice is rooted in Ontology which means I’m hyper focused on who you’re BEING in your leadership. Who you are being, informs what you are doing. Most coaches jump into the practical steps to get you from A to Z, which puts zero emphasis on the experience and everything on the end results. What I get about you is that experience matters just as much as the end results. My clients not only make the impossible happen through our coaching together, but they remember who they ARE at their core, which allows them to show up as powerfully and creatively as possible. Clients have shared they love that I’m willing to say the thing that no one else will say to them in a way that they can hear it and work with it. There’s an experience of deep trust, co-creation and safety that allows for bravery and vulnerability. Through this, transformational change happens on the cellular level.
I support clients from 6 months to a year, minimum, because that dedication of time is where impactful results fortify.
Remember that having a coach isn’t something you need, it’s something you desire, and you’re worthy of receiving support.
If this speaks to you, schedule time to meet with me.
