The Board
Executives • Creatives • Entrepreneurs
You don't lead in compartments.
Neither should your growth.
Those who join The Board are already accomplished. They’ve built careers, businesses, reputations, and lives they’re proud of. But success changes the question from “Can I do it?” to “What do I actually want now?”
Sarah works with the whole person because leadership, ambition, identity, relationships, family, money, creativity, purpose and the experience of your actual life are constantly shaping one another. Nothing meaningful has to stay outside the room. A pattern showing up in your leadership rarely exists only at work, and a breakthrough in one part of your life often changes what becomes possible everywhere else.
Critically, this work happens alongside an intentionally curated group of extraordinary people, so you’re not only transformed through your own coaching, but through what you witness, challenge, learn from and create with one another.

THE EXPERIENCE
Eight months gives the work time to become lived - not just understood.
Every two weeks, members return to the room with what is actually happening in their leadership and their lives, the decisions they are avoiding, the patterns they are noticing, the conversations they need to have, the risks they want to take, and the things they are ready to create.
Between sessions, reflection and accountability keep the work alive.
Over time, insight becomes action, action becomes evidence, and a different way of leading begins to become a different way of living. Free from pretense, accomplished peers become allies, sounding boards, and champions. They challenge, support, and open doors for one another, building deep, genuine relationships that outlast The Board.
HOW IT WORKS:
A CURATED BOARD
A small, intentional group of up to eight action-oriented high-achievers fully invested in each other’s goals, growth, and future, built on real commitment, not superficial networking.
TWO RETREATS
Two three-night retreats intentionally bookend the experience, with the first at the very beginning to build trust, deepen connection and set the tone for the work ahead, and the second near the end to integrate what has shifted and carry it forward.
SIXTEEN COACHING SESSIONS
Twice-monthly group coaching builds a steady rhythm of reflection, challenge, and action. Bring your real life, leadership, business, relationships, and ambition; and gain powerful insights both from being coached and watching others transform.
PRIVATE COACHING
Eight one-on-one sessions with Sarah create a private room for the work that needs deeper attention, allowing what is happening individually and inside The Board to continually inform one another.
“I joined The Board as an experience to get to know myself better, kinda at a pivotal transition in my life. I thought it was important to take the time to know myself and create the language and the experience about who I am and who I wanna be moving forward in my life. The Board has provided that experience and the time, the challenges, the questions…. All the things necessary for me to get a deep understanding of who I am and what I want to accomplish.”

“I came into The Board knowing I was talented and had done a lot, but I couldn’t figure out where all of it fit anymore or how to turn it into what came next. Over five months, I got much clearer about where I create value, and then I started acting like I knew it. I asked for more money, drew boundaries, and took the lead when I knew I could make something better. My goal was to bill $30,000 by October. In one month, I billed $45,350. I did the work, but I am certain I would not be where I am today without The Board, and without Sarah’s leadership in creating and facilitating a group deeply committed to one another’s growth.”

“Sarah has a remarkable ability to strike the perfect balance between encouragement and directness, which was exactly what I needed to take big action on my projects and personal growth. Her leadership, and the structure of The Board, pushed me out of my comfort zone in the best way possible, and I’m deeply grateful for the clarity and momentum I’ve gained through this experience.”
