THE EXPERIENCE
Nine months gives the work time to become lived - not just understood.
The Board is designed as an arc, not a series of coaching calls. Members meet every two weeks to bring what is actually happening in their leadership and lives: the decisions they are avoiding, the patterns they are noticing, and the things they are ready to create.
Between sessions, reflection and accountability keep the momentum alive.
Nine months gives the work time to become lived, not just understood. Free from pretense, accomplished peers become allies, sounding boards, and champions who challenge, support, and open doors for one another, making the transformation just as relational as it is individual.
HOW IT WORKS:
A CURATED BOARD
Eight people, intentionally chosen for a proven track record of success, a bias for action and shared values. Members learn not only how to lead themselves, but how to be a stand for one another, receive support, and stay in relationship when the work gets uncomfortable.
TWO RETREATS
The retreats are required in The Board because the work is not only between you and Sarah - it’s also between the people at the table. The trust, shared language, and depth created when the group is together become foundational to everything that occurs. When someone misses a retreat, they miss more than time away, they miss an experience that shapes the entire cohort.
SIXTEEN COACHING SESSIONS
Through twice-monthly group sessions, Sarah helps members turn real challenges into actionable momentum. You won't just experience your own breakthroughs; watching others coach unlocks powerful insights for your own leadership and life.
PRIVATE COACHING
Seven one-on-one sessions with Sarah create a private room for the work that needs deeper attention, allowing what is happening individually and inside The Board to continually inform one another.
