The outcome is measurable, but so is the experience: people leave her work more awake, aligned, and alive.

Before founding her practice, Sarah held leadership roles at Amazon, IMDb, and Fox Interactive Media, navigating the intersection of creativity and performance at scale. After earning her Master’s in Spiritual Psychology, she turned her career toward developing leaders who shape culture from the inside out.

Sarah is the co-author of The Chalk Collective: Drawing the Life You Deserve and co-host of The Tidal Podcast, which explores the in-between moments that define meaningful leadership.

Based in Los Angeles, Sarah is a mother of three teenage sons and a trusted partner to those creating at the highest levels. Her work is defined by presence, truth-telling, and an uncommon mix of rigor and heart reminding leaders that real power isn’t louder; it’s more conscious, connected, and alive.
